Your bones hold memories—of what broke and healed, what endures, what's waiting to be gathered back together and sung back to life.

In this transformative 6-week virtual series for women, we'll journey through fairytales where bones symbolize death and resurrection , then excavate the personal bone stories living in your own body.

What We'll Explore:

  • Weeks 1-2: Bone symbolism in fairytales and folklore—meeting the Bone Woman archetype who gathers what's scattered and sings it back to wholeness

  • Week 3: Moving from collective tales to personal excavation through embodied practice and active imagination

  • Weeks 4-5: Giving form to your bone story through creative expression—visual art, writing, movement, or any combination

  • Week 6: Sacred gathering around the virtual fire to share our created works and witness each other's stories

Each 90-minute session includes gentle movement practice (accessible to all bodies), story exploration, and creative work time. You'll also receive weekly practices, fairytale readings, and access to our private community space.

By the end, you'll have created a complete work—visual, written, or both—expressing the story your bones have been holding, along with practices for continuing this transformative work.

This is deep, soulful work done in the company of women who understand that our bodies hold wisdom worth honoring.

All sessions via Zoom • Recordings provided • Small intimate group

No prior experience with yoga, art, or creative writing required—just willingness to listen to what your bones are ready to tell you.
