WORK WITH ME

Some people come with a dream they can't shake. Others arrive with a creative life that feels blocked, distant, or waiting to be born. Some carry something older — a wound that hasn't found its language yet. Often it's all of these, pulling toward the same threshold.

This is intimate work. Unhurried, embodied, and rooted in depth psychology. No two people are worked with the same way — each session follows the thread that is uniquely yours, through image, symbol, body, and story.

We work with dreams and their images, active imagination, creative blocks and breakthroughs, trauma held in the body, symbolic language, the body as a site of wisdom, myth and fairy tale as mirrors of the inner life.

How we work together:

One-on-one: We can meet for a single session to go deep with a dream, a creative question, or something that needs tending. Or work together over time in an ongoing container. Sessions are held over Zoom.

Groups: Small, carefully held group containers that meet over a series or on an ongoing monthly basis. Group work brings the richness of many dream worlds and creative voices into conversation.

Workshops — Deeper immersions into specific themes: dreamwork, animation, embodied practice, fairy tale, myths and more.

"Stacy's Dream Yoga sessions have been profoundly meaningful to me. Her gentle guidance through movement helps my body and nervous system settle into a state of deep calm—a space where my imagination naturally awakens. By weaving together visual art, dreams, and active imagination, she's opened a doorway for me to access deeper truths about myself. As someone who processes the world visually—and as a trauma survivor—I've found her approach deeply resonant. Working with dreams, art, and active imagination in her sessions, I've had moments of clarity and emotional insight that have helped me reconnect with parts of myself that were stuck in the shadows. Stacy has a way of gently nudging me toward inner landscapes I had long avoided or postponed exploring—inviting me to engage with them not as problems to be solved, but as stories to be honored, felt, and reimagined. I have felt like with her support I could drop a little deeper into my own story, my own healing, awakening the mythic thread of my own story as it continues to unfold. Stacy holds space in a way that feels safe and genuinely creative. Her sessions don't feel like instruction—they feel like invitation. I've come away from her work feeling not just supported, but inspired and motivated to keep going. She is, in the truest sense, a Dream Midwife—helping each of us bring our inner lives to light with care, reverence, and wisdom." — Diem Dangers, Artist/Storyteller

"Stacy's work with me over the years has been monumental in my personal growth, especially in understanding my dreams. Time and again, I've brought her dreams I believed were nightmares, only for her to unravel them in a way that makes every detail click into place. Her insight transforms what once felt chaotic into something deeply meaningful, guiding me toward a more intimate relationship with myself and others. Through her wisdom, I've gained clarity and direction, making her guidance truly invaluable. - Rak S., Actor, Artist, Model

"Stacy TenHouten is a woman of great wisdom. Through years of training, teaching, and her own experiences, Stacy has developed a profound ability to connect with others, understand their pain, and gently offer healing. Stacy's dedication to her own practices of yoga, art, dreamwork, and essential oils provides her students with a collection of accessible modalities to lean into. I have been grateful to receive much support from Stacy over the past decade. Undoubtably, her friendship and caring is what shines through in her ability to help others transform their trauma." — Amy Bankoff, Esq.
