Your dreams are sacred communications from your soul, filled with healing wisdom that's meant to be felt, moved, and creatively expressed.
In this eight-week intensive program, you will learn to transform dreams into embodied healing
Just as your body holds the memory of your conscious life experiences, it holds the memory of your dream experiences. Through gentle movement and creative expression, you will learn to unearth these stored impressions, making the invisible visible through art, story, and film.
This intensive program teaches you a movement-to-creation practice that honors dreams as wisdom seeking integration into conscious life. You'll walk away with a personal portfolio of dream creations plus a sustainable practice for continuing this transformative work.
No experience with yoga, art, or creative writing required.
