This winter, turn inward with four fairy tales, gentle movement, and creative reflection. It’s a chance to come to know yourself through story and the body.

Each 90-minute session begins with gentle, breath-centered movement. Then you’ll rest while a fairy tale is read aloud, and I’ll guide you through embodied reflection. You’ll have quiet time to journal or draw, and we’ll close with a short, optional share.

Schedule

  • Tuesday, December 1: The Old Woman in the Wood

  • Tuesday, December 8: Many Furs

  • Tuesday, December 15: The Six Swans

  • Tuesday, December 22: The Selkie Bride (the day after the winter solstice)

Time: 12:00 – 1:30 pm Pacific / 3:00 – 4:30 pm Eastern / 8:00 – 9:30 pm GMT
Where: Live on Zoom
Group size: limited to 10 participants
Your registration includes: all four live sessions, plus recordings of the movement, story and guided reflection. The writing time and sharing circle are never recorded, so the circle stays private.

What to have ready: a mat or soft surface, a blanket and pillow, a journal, and colored pencils, crayons or pastels.

After you register: your confirmation email will include the Zoom link, which stays the same for all four sessions. Before each session, I’ll send a short reminder with a note about that week’s tale.

Some of these tales touch on difficult themes. Please take care of yourself, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

No experience needed. All bodies welcome.
